PERFECT   JOINT

       (Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis)

Arthritis  occurs   as  a  pain  or inflammation  and/or  wearing  away  of  the  joints,  this  being  of  two  types: 

1)  Osteoarthritis  is  a  deformation  produced  when  the  cartilage  between the  bones  wears away, to  a  point  where  the  cartilage  can  disappear,  causing  the  bones  to  rub  up  against  one  another,   particularly  in  the  extremities.    

2)  Rheumatoid  Arthritis,  which  is  different  from  osteoarthritis  in  that  it  extends   to  the  whole  body,  inflamed  the  cartilage  and  synovial  membrane, where  the  bones  join. This  causes  a  loss  of  synovial  fluid  (oily  liquid  that  serves   to  lubricates  and  protects  against  friction  and  deterioration away  of  the  bones).

 Causes

1)  Over-eating.  

2)  Excessive meat and dairy intake. 

3) Processed foods. 

4)  Incompatible food combination.

5) Hypochlorhydia, which means insufficient levels of stomach acid.     

6)  An excess    of acid-forming foods. 

7)  Unsuitable fuel. 

8)  Allergy.       

9) Chronic constipation.

10) Bacteria and parasites.

11)  Stress,  both  mental  and  physical,  is  a  major  cause  of  rheumatoid  arthritis.
